Delicious and very plentiful in the large bowl.
Fried Alligator
We order the Fried Alligator every time we visit Tad's Louisiana Cooking in Katy, Texas, and it's always a hit. My son absolutely loves it and can't get enough. The alligator is mouth-watering, even better than chicken, and the variety of dipping sauces makes it a must-have on our table every time. Highly recommend!

Dungeness Crab
You can't go wrong with Dungeness crab and Tad's is one of my go to places to eat some. Great taste and competitive prices.

Grilled Atlantic Salmon
The Grilled Atlantic Salmon at Tad's Louisiana Cooking is my absolute go-to. The salmon is always perfectly cooked and the portion is generous. I love getting it with their special Alfredo sauce on top, which makes it even more delicious. Paired with asparagus and a side salad, it's a meal that never disappoints. The managers and Staff are also incredibly kind and helpful, always attentive to any needs. It's definitely something you have to try! Cowboy
Tad's Berry Pecan Salad
I recently had Tad's Berry Pecan Salad at Tad's Louisiana Cooking in Katy, Texas, and it was fantastic! The combination of sweet berries, crunchy pecans, and fresh spinach, topped with grilled chicken and feta cheese, made for a mouth-watering dish. Even as someone who doesn't typically eat salads, I found this one exceptionally good. The friendly staff and great atmosphere just added to the experience. Highly recommend!
Chicken & Sausage Gumbo
I'm very picky about my restaurant Gumbo as I prefer to make it myself but Tad's Gumbo is hands down the best restaurant gumbo I've had in the Lake Charles area and the bowl is such a healthy portion. HIGHLY recommended

16 Oz. Angus Ribeye
Tad's ribeye is amazing! Great cut, cooked to order (I prefer Med Rare) with just the right amount of crusted outside. I got it with a salad, sweet potato and side of horseradish and it was perfect!
